Modise has valuable experience in deal origination, transaction execution, portfolio management, post investment value creation and disposals of assets.

Prior to OP, she was part of the investment teams at Kagiso Tiso Holdings and Actis. She has served on private and public company boards including Alexander Forbes. She started her career in the corporate finance advisory team at Deutsche Bank.

Modise is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BCom in Accounting and Economics as well as a PGDA from UCT.
