Lara has a broad experience as an operator and transactor in several industries.

Prior to OP she was the growth-stage Chief Financial and Operating Officer at the African Leadership Group. Her previous experiences include strategic finance roles at several F500 companies including McKesson Corporation and credit risk and commercial banking role at Bank of America.

Lara holds BA in Business Economics & Accounting and an MBA from University of California Los Angeles.
